Celery root puree

Cecile told me that celery root puree was really easy, it sufficed to grate the celery root and a potato in a food processor, cook the mix in some olive oil, and it became puree on it's own.

I'm sure she didn't lie, but something didn't work. As taking out the food processor is already a big step, as is peeling the celery I felt kind of frustrated. But I added water and milk and the juice from half a lemon and kept the thing bubbling for a long time on the stove, and with the aid of my hand blender eventually it came out ok.

Then my DH tells me he doesn't like celery root.... but I did! It's for dinner tomorrow, to go with a roast beef.
